this baklava / desserts has an extended taste life, our baklava / desserts made out of a premium quality of fat, Pistachio, nuts and dates. It has less sugar sauce than the regular Baklava / dessert.
The regular Baklava / desserts should be consumed within 2-7 days, but our Premium Baklava / desserts last without taste change for 12 months from production date IF you keep it in cold and dried condition.
we try always to keep our stock updated with new fresh production premium products not more than 6 months since the production date, to make sure your enjoyment experience last longer, However can't guarantee That you will like the taste of the product that you bought, the taste of any product is something very personal and it change from person to person, we advice you to know what taste you like before you buy it, because no refund for any reason related to the product taste likeness


Customer can cancel their order within 5 hours after placing the order; refunds will be made back to the same payment used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed.

Returns and Refund

USA Customers: will accept return and pay (full Refund, return shipping Fees) ONLY for Order Mistakes that made by as (quantity, wrong Item or Brand) , and only within two days from the delivery Date that show's on the tracking number provided,
If there any mistake in your order and you wish to return it or exchange it, please keep the products packing sealed and in a good conditions, send us email to, to arrange a return,
we’ll send you shipping Label by email, just print it and stick on package and deliver it to nearest FedEx/UPS Office.
Once we receive it we’ll issue the refund within 3 days.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Payment method.

CANADA Customers: will give full refund only for Order Mistakes made by (quantity, Item, Brand) And only within two days of the delivery Date, if there any mistake in your order, send us email to make the refund within 3 days.

Once we ship this product to you via the FedEx / UPS it's insured for getting lost and for visible damages to the outer product packaging by the shipping company.
However since has no control over your order after it has been shipped with your choice of shipper company, It is the recipients’ responsibility to pursue this with the shipper company by calling, tracking, filling a claim in case or lost or damage or delay
When you place an order with us, you automatically agree that once the delivers your package to the FedEx / UPS Office for shipping, is no longer responsible for delays, damages or loss to your package by the actions of the shipper company.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer OR if the delivery fails due to the customer not being available to receive (or to pick up) the package/ order, will not be held responsible and will not issue any refund for the purchase. The tracking records provided by the shipping company will be considered as proof of delivery and it's final.

The customer is responsible to report any obvious damage on the packaging at the time of delivery to the delivering agent or if the agent is not present, promptly at the local shipping company Office without opening the package within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).
